Refund and Return Policies
Please review the following policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and site standards at Breezy Acres RV Community.
Refund Policy
Important payment terms
Refunds are prohibited for weather condition, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed via credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Nightly and weekly stays
Nightly/Weekly Stays: For all stays shorter than 30 nights, no refunds are given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled prior to your arrival date.
Monthly Stays
Long term stay policies
For all stays of 30 nights or longer, no refunds will be given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled prior to your arrival date.
Reserved Site Number
Site assignment details
You are not guaranteed the reserved site number you registered for. The park may change your assigned site to a different site in the same category and type.
Outside Appearance
Breezy acres community standards
RVs and campers should be in good working order and the outside appearance kept in good repair. Home-made school buses (Skoolies) and RVs are not allowed unless inspected and improved by the management. The staff has the authority to refuse any RV that does not meet the community standards.
